Caroline and Patrick’s Timeless Downtown Birmingham Wedding at City Club Birmingham was flawless. The entire day went by quickly as most weddings tend to do, but it was filled with so many sweet and memorable moments. Caroline and her bridesmaids started the day getting ready together in matching white robes. The bridesmaids then changed into lovely pale pink dresses. Then there was the stunning bride, Caroline, who looked absolutely gorgeous in her wedding gown! Her dress had this amazing bow detail in the back, which I loved! After getting ready, she shared an emotional first look with her father before the wedding ceremony.
Caroline and Patrick opted not to do a first look and see each other for the first time during the ceremony when Caroline walked down the aisle! It was such a sweet moment. They were both so excited and anxious for the ceremony to begin, because they just wanted to see each other! The pastor had joked earlier that he wasn’t going to say, “you may now kiss the bride”, because Patrick would just know when to do it. However, Caroline actually kissed him before it was time! It was such a sweet and funny moment that made everyone in the sanctuary laugh!
The Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church where Caroline and Patrick exchanged their vows was beautiful! There was an amazing flower display in the center of the altar. The church features floor to ceiling windows that let in so much light and had beautiful trees in view. After their wonderful ceremony, everyone headed to City Club Birmingham for their wedding reception. City Club Birmingham is a breathtaking downtown Birmingham Wedding venue with epic views of downtown from more than 30 floors up.
Everything Caroline chose for her wedding was so classic and timeless. It was evident all day long how grateful Caroline and Patrick were to be surrounded by so many loved ones. They made sure to tell their family and friends multiple times throughout the day just how much they appreciated them and their presence. You could clearly see how important people and relationships are to Caroline and Patrick. They are both such genuinely kind, wonderful people, and I’m so grateful I had the honor of celebrating them becoming the Webers!
