While your wedding day is an important moment in your relationship, I always recommend engagement portraits to all couples! From the moment you become engaged, up until your wedding day is such a special time in your life. This moment in time also goes by super quick as you are in the throes of planning every detail of your wedding day. Even though it goes by fast and everyone is focused on the wedding, you will be so happy when you look back at memories from this exciting time in your life. 2022 Birmingham Engagements
I love engagement portraits because you can see and feel the couples’ excitement and love for one another. There is so much anticipation for the wedding day, and your engagement portraits build on that excitement. They also become another stepping stone of that season leading up to the big day. Engagement sessions allow me to get to know the couple more, and they get to practice all the fun poses, like twirls and dips.
Each of my couples will hold a special place in my heart. While I love capturing the wedding day and all the special details, there is something so special and intimate about engagement portraits.
