It’s hard to believe this little guy is already here! It feels like just yesterday I was capturing his mom and dad during their maternity session at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens! I had the most wonderful time getting to know Chante and Sawyer during their maternity portraits and it is so amazing to see them now holding their baby boy, Graham, in their arms. These two are already naturals at this parenting thing!

Baby Graham was perfect throughout his newborn session! He slept and snuggled with mom and dad during the majority of the session. He woke up during his outfit change into his adorable white and blue checkered nightie with a matching hat. Even though he was awake, he was so calm and relaxed. He just stared up at the camera while making the sweetest faces and expressions! This little one is just the sweetest, snuggliest little guy!

One of my favorite parts of photographing in-home sessions is capturing the nursery! I love seeing the decor and details of the room! I remember bonding with Chante during their maternity session over our similar nursery themes! Baby Graham’s nursery has a neutral aesthetic with pops of blue throughout. I love the comfy white rocker near the window with a bookshelf on the wall next to it. The bookshelf is already home to many great classics that I know the three of them will enjoy reading together. Over the changing table they had a few custom decor items and a few more special books!

It was such a joy to see this beautiful family of three together! I can’t wait to see this sweet boy grow! Chante and Sawyer thank you for trusting me to capture this special moment in time for your growing family. Graham is so lucky to have such amazing parents!
