I am thrilled to share my recent In-Home Newborn Session with new parents Caitlin and Draper, and their sweet little girl Parker! It was such an honor to photograph this new family of three, as I photographed Caitlin and Draper’s wedding back in 2018! You can check out their lovely summer wedding here! Needless to say, I was over the moon when they asked me about capturing Parker’s newborn session! It is so fun to see my previous wedding couples grow their families. I love being there to document another one of life’s monumental moments.
In-Home Newborn Session
Parker was a sweet little angel the entire session! She did amazing! While she didn’t sleep much, she was perfectly content snuggled in her mom or dad’s arms and taking in her surroundings. One thing is certain, parenthood looks good on Caitlin and Draper! They were beaming! Even their cute cat, Jingles, snuck in a few pictures! We have to make sure the whole family is involved!
Parker’s nursery is absolutely precious! I love the pink and gray color scheme and girly accents! Photographing in-home newborn sessions is my favorite, as I love providing parents with the ability to relax a little in their own environment, and seeing the different nurseries! I love taking in the colors, decorations, and accents each placed with love and care in preparation for baby! This nursery was no exception. From the scripted name above her crib to the basket of plush animals on the shelf, everything was picked and placed with love for this sweet baby girl!
