There are so many amazing moments and memories from Maria and Chris’ Birmingham wedding at Camelot Manor. The thing that stuck out to me the most and that I continue to remember is the love, warmth, and closeness felt on their wedding day – and not just between the two of them, but everyone. They couple shared that they were most excited to share this moment with their friends and family. You could tell both in the way they spoke about their family and their interactions throughout the day, how important family was to them.
The gorgeous bride, Maria, is very close to her Abuela (grandmother) and shared many special moments with her throughout their wedding day. Chris is from England and several members of his family flew in to witness and celebrate the couple’s beautiful wedding. Maria and Chris also have three kids, one of which is a beautiful little girl that they just welcomed to their family a few months prior. Needless to say, spending time with family on their wedding day and including them was very important to them. Their little girl was the sweetest flower girl. I loved watching her two older brothers interact with her and love on her throughout the day.
As the bride got ready, you could feel the loving energy in the room as their little girl giggled and family surrounded her. I was blown away by Maria’s absolutely STUNNING wedding gown! I loved the champagne color accented by a layer of white lace. Her two bridesmaids wore navy blue dresses in different styles. I love when bridesmaids choose different style dresses and show off their individual style and personality!
Once everyone was wedding ready, the moment was finally here! Their wedding ceremony and reception took place outside at Camelot Manor’s spacious outdoor pavilion, combining modern elegance and southern charm. The officiant who married Maria and Chris has practically been a younger brother to Maria all her life. It was yet another incredibly special detail of their wedding day. The vaulted outdoor pavilion was adorned with white curtains, elegant outdoor chandeliers, twinkling lights and timeless flower arrangements.
After saying “I do”, the couple captured wedding portraits around the venue’s beautiful grounds before going on to celebrate with their family and friends. It was heartwarming to see all the special connections woven into their wedding day, making for a truly special day that neither the newlyweds or their guests will soon forget!
Maria and Chris, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your special day. It was an honor to capture your wedding day memories and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
