One of the best parts of my job as an Alabama Maternity Photographer is meeting amazing families like the Dorsetts! They are such a wonderful family! Their spring Birmingham Botanical Gardens Maternity Session was the sweetest! Holli and her husband have an adorable little boy, Beckett! I am a little biased towards his name, as I’m sure many of you know why! (Hint: that’s what we named our little boy!!)
Holli and I actually knew of each other through her brother-in-law! He was the principal at the school I taught when I was a teacher! It is always fun to catch up with old connections, especially when there are many things to celebrate like a new baby! I know how exciting this time in their lives is as they prepare for their second born!
Alabama Maternity Photographer Spring Portraits
For their spring maternity session, the Birmingham Botanical Gardens in Mountain Brook, Alabama was the perfect spot. The blossoming trees, emerald green leaves in the greenhouse, and glow from the sun provided the perfect backdrop!
The Dorsett Family shared that this time around they are expecting a baby girl! Beckett is going to be the best big brother! He is so precious! I loved his happy and kind personality! I can already tell that he is going to love his little sister so much! I’m sure he will be her little protector and best friend! I can’t wait to meet Dorsett’s newest addition! Until then, I am thankful I had the opportunity to get to know and capture this lovely family together before they become a family of four! Congratulations!
