Maryah & Austin’s Engagement Session in Downtown Birmingham

I had the chance to meet up with Maryah and Austin for their engagement session in the heart of Birmingham, and we chose two iconic spots: the timeless architecture of Southside Baptist Church and the clean, classic lines of the Federal Courthouse downtown. These two locations gave us a beautiful mix of charm and urban elegance—perfect backdrops for their portraits.

Maryah was such a light throughout the session—gracious, kind, and full of warmth. She brought a quiet joy and ease to the experience that really came through in her photos. It was clear she’s the kind of person who radiates positivity, and it was a joy to capture that.
