Temple Emanuel Alabama Wedding in Birmingham | Ben + Ashley

 I had the great honor of capturing Ben and Ashley’s Temple Emanuel Alabama Wedding in Birmingham. Ben is Jewish and grew up attending the Temple Emanuel in Birmingham where their wedding ceremony was held, which features breathtaking architecture and historical features. After Ben and Ashley’s emotional wedding ceremony, their wedding reception was at the Pine Tree Country club in Birmingham AL.

It was a beautiful and emotional day. The gorgeous bride, Ashley, is a breast cancer survivor who had to undergo rounds of chemo. During her chemo treatments, Ben never left her side. He was there with her through it all. During this incredibly challenging time, they never stopped looking ahead to the day would be married.  However, they lived in California,  so Ben’s mom graciously helped Ashley plan the whole wedding. 

Ashley had never seen the reception venue until she arrived that day! Ashley was happily surprised to see the reception at Pine Tree Country Club. It was such an emotional day celebrating Ben and Ashley and everything they have overcome to make it to this day! There was so much love and joy throughout the whole day. Ben and Ashley radiated happiness. Their smiles say it all!  Many of the wedding guests had traveled from all over the world! There were people who traveled across the nation as well as from other countries to celebrate Ben + Ashley and this next chapter in their lives! 

I am so thankful to have been a part of this absolutely wonderful, joyus day! Thank you, Ben + Ashley for choosing me to capture your wedding day memories! Congratulations on your wedding and for kicking cancer’s butt!
