I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Abby and Eli’s Birmingham Railroad Park engagement session recently. It was such a joy to capture their love and excitement as they count down to their wedding in May! Bride Abby holds a special place in our hearts. She has been one of our favorite babysitters and was also a beloved teacher for Hallie Kate at school. It’s wonderful to see someone who means so much to our family finding their perfect match in Eli! These two have been together for nearly five and a half years, and it’s clear that their connection is as strong as ever.

A Walk Through Downtown Birmingham & Railroad Park

Our session began in downtown Birmingham. It was a blast capturing their smiles on a Birmingham Bridge overlooking the city. Next, we headed to Railroad Park, to add a touch of natural beauty to their engagement session. The green trees and open trails were the perfect contrast to the city backdrop, giving them multiple different vibes to choose from for their invitations and other wedding imagery.
